“Deep Tech Pioneer” Title to “Initio Biomedical”
TÜBA-GEBİP Member and Izmir Institute of Technology Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Devrim Okvur has received “Deep Tech Pioneer” title at Hello Tomorrow Chalenge with her company “Initio Biomedical” that she founded in Teknopark İzmir and took a lot of award with it.
Initio Biomedical has become the pride of Turkey at the world's largest science and high-tech competition on entrepreneurs in the early stages. 750 initiatives were selected from more than 5000 applications from 128 countries in the competition held for the 6th time in 2019.
The Global Summit will be held on March 12-13, 2020 in Paris, where Prof. Dr. Devrim Pesen Okvur will represent IYTE and Turkey.
