TDBAB General Assembly and Scientific Meeting on “Academic Cooperation in Turkic World”
General Assembly of Union of Academies of Sciences of the Turkic World (TDBAB), the term presidency of that is carried out by President of TÜBA Professor Ahmet Cevat ACAR, and the scientific meeting on “Academic Cooperation in Turkic World” commemorating the 90th Year of Baku Turcology Congress will be held in Green Park Hotel Ankara hosted by TÜBA on October 21, 2016.
The representatives of member academies will be present at the General Assembly, start on 09.00. Scientific Meeting on “Academic Cooperation in Turkic World” will be constituted by presentations of TÜBA Honorary Member Professor Isenbike Togan “Old Turkish Inscriptions Studies and Academic Cooperation”, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Vice-president Professor Isa Habibbeyli “1st Turcology Congress and Turkic World” and Turkish Language Institution Member Professor Mustafa Öner “1st Bacu Turcology Congress”.
TDBAB, established by first general assembly by participation of totally 7 academies of science in capital city of Kazakhstan, Astana in 2015 consists of TÜBA, International Turkic Academy, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The Tatarstan Academy of Sciences and Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
