Highlighting that TÜBA published the revised and expanded second edition of the dictionary in eight volumes in December 2021, he thanked the administration of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and Prof. Tietze's family for their cooperation.

Prof. Şeker stated that the challenges of holding a global scientific conference during a global outbreak are evident to everyone and that the Covid-19 global epidemic was severe and, in addition, the outbreak of war during this time paralyzed the entire world. If we wish to live in peace, pandemics and global crises must be dealt with as swiftly as possible. He also emphasized that TÜBA is willing to collaborate on all pandemic and global crisis-related scientific topics.
