Ecology of the Marmara Sea: Formation and Interactions of Marine Mucilage, and Recommendations for Solutions

Investigation Of Chemical Characterization Of Mucilage Changed with Environmental Conditions

The aim of this purpose has been the subject of the general character of the mucilage with various instruments and the possible techniques that can be made with these techniques for examining the degradation. These techniques are indicated as showing aspects of protein groups that can be analyzed by technical FT-IR. In addition, the GC/MS determination of sugar groups to give bacterial degradation. Then, elemental and carbon and nitrogen reports were analyzed and supported. As a result, the bacteria has been under the influence of degradation, and bacterial removal from the coastal and aquatic side of the mucilage will occur.
