Artificial Intelligence and National Technology Reflections

A product of the collaboration between the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA), the T3 Foundation, KÜME Foundation, the work addresses one of the defining technologies of the 21st century from a comprehensive and interdisciplinary perspective. Bringing together the expertise of 38 distinguished authors, the book was organized into three thematic parts comprising twenty-five chapters that examine artificial intelligence from scientific, technological, economic, legal, ethical, social, educational, and strategic perspectives. Bridging the latest research with policy, governance, innovation, and human values, this work offers insights that carry global significance while remaining firmly grounded in Türkiye's national context.
