New Energy Technologies Report

The report, prepared by the TÜBA Energy Working Group, examines the history, current and future trends in energy technologies. The study is based on scientific presentations given at the New Energy Technologies Summer School held at Ahmet Yesevi University in Turkistan, Kazakhstan, on August 18-23, 2024.

The report covers topics such as basic energy knowledge, traditional energy sources, nuclear energy, renewable energy sources, hydrogen energy, economic, environmental and social dimensions of energy, energy storage systems, smart grids and district energy systems, and alternative fuels. It provides a comprehensive reference for scientists, policy makers and practitioners working in the field of energy, while promoting international cooperation on sustainable and innovative energy solutions.
